Do you guys think Eminem is really retiring?

I have seen things all over the internet saying yes and that it is
just a rumor. But I found this video. It kind of sounds like an award
acceptance speech. Other than the sing part.

He has implied he's done many times before. Like in 25 To LIfe. But at
the end of the last track "Untitled" he said "Haha. Until next time,
peace!"
