Walden Media makes book on 'Rex Libris'
'Rex Libris'Walden Media is moving ahead on growth and development of "Rex Libris," tapping Ben Zazove to evolve the humorous sci-fi graphic novel.Walden acquired feature privileges to "Rex" this past year, which follows the zombie-slaying adventures of librarian Rex Libris because he safeguards the books from the Middleton Public Library and pads the earth's literary treasures from a number of supernatural enemies. The graphic novel is written and attracted by James Turner, and released quarterly by Slave Labor Graphics. Warner Bros. had introduced in 2007 that "Rex Libris" is at development with Variety Media creating.Evan Turner and Michael Bostick are handling the work for Walden, with Brent Lilley handling for Slave Labor Graphics.Walden just launched the household adventure "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" through Warner Bros.Zazove authored "Tooth Fairy 2" for Walden and Fox Entertainment.
